Hello! I’m Sophie, the heart behind Events with Sophie. With over nine years of experience in the hospitality and event planning industry, I’ve had the pleasure of working in nearly every corner of the event world—catering, floristry, staffing, assisting, bartending, and serving as an associate planner for Lia Adams’s events. These experiences helped Events with Sophie blossom into what it is today.
I truly believe that connections are everything. My extensive network of talented vendor teams and stunning venues across Northern California allows me to craft events that are both seamless and unforgettable. My Signature Package is designed for couples who want a truly seamless and beautifully orchestrated wedding experience from start to finish. This full-service planning option includes comprehensive vendor management, custom event design and styling, invitation and website assistance, timeline creation and management, rehearsal coordination, and unlimited guidance and support.
Throughout the entire planning process, I’m your personal wedding assistant for anything and everything you need. I join you for vendor meetings, help guide decisions, and provide unlimited planning meetings whenever you want to talk through details, ideas, or next steps. My goal is to handle the logistics, details, and moving pieces so you can stay present, enjoy the process, and feel completely supported leading up to and on your wedding day.

Harmony Package

In this together from day one package.
My Harmony Package is designed for couples who have a strong vision but want expert guidance from the very beginning through the wedding day. We start planning right away, working together to refine details, manage logistics, and ensure nothing is overlooked. This includes ongoing vendor coordination, event layout and rental support, detailed timeline creation, venue walkthroughs, ceremony rehearsal and recommendations, and full wedding day management. Throughout the planning process, we’ll schedule our next planning meeting before wrapping each one, based on where we are in the planning timeline, so there is always a meeting on the calendar and we stay on track every step of the way. This ensures every piece comes together seamlessly.

3-Month Out Package

Effortless coordination for stress-free celebration.
If you're looking for a true day-of coordination package, this is for you. We start with an initial planning call, followed by a 6-month check-in and a full 3-month-out planning meeting to make sure everything is on track before I step in fully. Three months before your celebration, I take over vendor and client communication to bring all the details together, with routine check-ins and unlimited support along the way. From confirming vendors and creating and distributing a detailed timeline to coordinating your venue walkthrough and rehearsal, I’ll manage every detail leading up to and throughout the wedding day so everything unfolds seamlessly.

The Celebration Package is designed for any special event that deserves to be beautifully planned, organized, and stress-free. Whether it’s a baby shower, memorial, birthday party, anniversary, or another milestone celebration, I’m here to handle the details from start to finish.
This is a full-service planning package for non-wedding events. One month before your event, I step in for a full planning takeover, managing the details, coordinating vendors, organizing logistics, and making sure everything is on track for a seamless celebration. From the planning process through the event day, I’ll be there to bring everything together so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.
