Hello! I’m Sophie, the heart behind Events with Sophie. With over nine years of experience in the hospitality and event planning industry, I’ve had the pleasure of working in nearly every corner of the event world—catering, floristry, staffing, assisting, bartending, and serving as an associate planner for Lia Adams’s events. These experiences helped Events with Sophie blossom into what it is today.
I truly believe that connections are everything. My extensive network of talented vendor teams and stunning venues across Northern California allows me to craft events that are both seamless and unforgettable. This includes: selective vendor coordination, event layout & rental support, timeline creation & final detailing, venue walkthrough, rehearsal, and wedding day.

This includes: one-month countdown takeover, vendor confirmation & communication, detailed timeline creation, venue walkthrough and rehearsal, day-of coordination & management.
