Hello! I’m Sophie, the heart behind Events with Sophie. With over nine years of experience in the hospitality and event planning industry, I’ve had the pleasure of working in nearly every corner of the event world—catering, floristry, staffing, assisting, bartending, and serving as an associate planner for Lia Adams’s events. These experiences helped Events with Sophie blossom into what it is today.
I truly believe that connections are everything. My extensive network of talented vendor teams and stunning venues across Northern California allows me to craft events that are both seamless and unforgettable. The signature package is ideal for a couple that wants an expertly managed wedding that allows them to be fully present and stress-free up to and on the day of their wedding.

In this together from day one package.
My Harmony Package is designed for couples who have a strong vision but want expert guidance from the very beginning through the wedding day. We start planning right away, working together to refine details, manage logistics, and ensure nothing is overlooked. This includes ongoing vendor coordination, event layout and rental support, detailed timeline creation, venue walkthrough and rehearsal coordination, and full wedding day management. This is so that every piece comes together seamlessly.

Effortless coordination for stress-free celebration.
If you're looking for a true day-of coordination package, this is for you. I initiate vendor and client communication three months in advance to ensure everything is aligned and flowing smoothly, with routine check-ins and unlimited support along the way. 3 months out before your celebration, I step in fully to bring all the details together: confirming vendors, creating and distributing a detailed timeline, coordinating your venue walkthrough and rehearsal, and managing every detail on the wedding day so it unfolds seamlessly.
